Websites for repair businesses and garages
Repair customers have something broken in front of them and want it sorted. We've built websites for two repair businesses, and the lesson from both is the same: make booking quick, and answer "how much?" before they ask.

→The short answer
Website design for garages and repair businesses should let customers book or get a price in a minute from their phone, send a photo of the problem, and reach you on WhatsApp or by phone in one tap. We've built two repair websites already; yours starts at £99 a month, and you see a free preview before paying.
(01)What we've built
Two repair businesses, both in South Africa.
Pink Ideas and Repairs Plus
Pink Ideas RepairsAppliance repair · South Africa
A booking form that fits one phone screen, with address lookup and photos; WhatsApp messages already written for each page; and a jobs dashboard where the office assigns bookings to technicians. Read the case study.
Repairs PlusGates and garage doors · South Africa
A new brand and a rebuilt website that kept every working address of the old one, with manual and fault pages written from the manufacturers' own documents. Read the case study.
(02)Booking with photos
Booking that takes a minute, with photos
- What needs fixing: picked from a short list, not typed.
- Where: postcode or address, with lookup, so you know if it's in your area.
- A photo: of the fault, the error code, the model plate or the damage. You arrive with the right part, or quote without a visit.
- When: a day that suits them, and whether it's urgent.
- How to reach them: a mobile number, and an email for the confirmation.
The customer gets a confirmation with a booking reference; you get every detail in one message. That's the flow we built for Pink Ideas, and it suits garages, appliance, device and bike repairers alike.
(03)WhatsApp and calls
WhatsApp and click-to-call, on every page
WhatsApp, already written
Each page opens WhatsApp with a message that says what the customer needs: "I need a washing machine repair" on the washing machine page. They just press send.
Tap to call
The number stays in reach on a phone, without covering the page.
Know which pages bring calls
Counting taps on each button tells you which services and areas are bringing work.
(04)Prices and areas
Price guides and area pages
Price guides
"How much does it cost to fix a…" is one of the most common repair searches. A page per common job, with your typical range and what changes it, wins those searches and filters out people expecting something different.
Is it worth repairing?
Honest advice on when to repair and when to replace builds trust, and the customers who do repair choose you.
Area pages, done properly
A page for each town you really cover, each saying something true about that area. Not the same page with the town name swapped, which Google treats as spam. See local SEO.
For garages: MOT and servicing
MOT reminders and servicing pages bring the same cars back every year. Every car more than three years old in Great Britain needs an MOT each year1, so a reminder service is easy to explain.
(05)Logos
Eight concepts each, for repair businesses.
(07)What it costs
No build fee.

Yes. The booking form asks for the job, the address, a photo and a preferred day, and sends it all to you with a reference. If you use a booking system already, we can link to it instead.
Yes. Our repair sites so far have been in South Africa; everything we learned building them applies to a UK garage, with MOT and servicing pages added.
Typical ranges for common jobs help: they answer the first question customers have and save you calls from people expecting something very different. You set the figures.

(06)Social media
Social media for repair businesses, in brief
Before-and-after photos, the fault of the week and quick tips ("three things to check before you call us") do well for repairers, because they're useful and they show you know your stuff. Our repair business marketing guide goes further, and social media management can do it for you.
