→The short answer
Social media management means someone else plans, designs, writes and schedules your posts, so your pages stay active without taking your evenings. Ours is £199 a month, with no fixed number of posts: we post as often as your business needs. You approve each month's posts on a private link before anything is published.
(01)What £199 includes
Exactly what you get each month. Nothing on this list costs extra.
What's included, exactly
A monthly plan
What we'll post and when, built around your busy and quiet times, offers, seasons and anything happening locally.
Designed posts, no fixed limitEvery month
As many as your month needs: a few a week as a rule, more around a launch, an event or your busy season. Each one designed in your brand, using your own photos wherever we can, with the words written for the platform it's going on.
The platforms your customers use
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or X: wherever your customers actually look. We'll recommend which, with reasons, and agree them with you at the start.
Scheduling
Posts are scheduled in advance with professional scheduling software, so they go out at sensible times without anyone needing to remember. You can see them all in the plan.
Profiles tidied
Your bio, profile picture, cover image, contact details and links checked and set up properly at the start.
A monthly report
What we posted, how many people saw it, and what got them to click, call or message. No vanity numbers dressed up.
(02)You approve every post
The monthly approval link
- Before the month starts, we send a private link with every post: the image, the words and the day it will go out.
- You look through them on your phone, whenever suits you.
- Approve them all with one button, or tell us which to change and how.
- We change them, then schedule the lot. Nothing is posted that you haven't approved in writing.
It's the same kind of private link we use for every client decision, shown on how it works. It means there's never a post on your page you didn't expect, and always a record of what you agreed.

(04)Which platforms
Two platforms done well beat five done badly.
Which platform suits which business
Facebook is still where most UK adults are: Facebook and Messenger together reached 93% of online adults in May 2025, while TikTok reached 56%1. Reach isn't everything, though. What matters is where your customers look when they're choosing someone like you.
| Business | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Trades and home services | Facebook, Instagram | Local groups and recommendations; before-and-after photos |
| Cafés, restaurants, salons | Instagram, Facebook | Food, interiors and results are visual; people check before they visit |
| Online shops and product brands | Instagram, plus TikTok if you'll make video | Products shown in use; links straight to the shop |
| Professional and business services | Where business buyers and partners look | |
| Care, education and training | Facebook, LinkedIn | Families and employers, and recruitment |
(05)Your accounts
Your accounts stay yours
In your name
Your pages and profiles belong to your business. If we set up a new one for you, it's created in your name.
No passwords
We're added as a manager through each platform's own business tools, so you never need to share your password, and you can remove us at any time.
Everything we made is yours
The posts, images and words we create for your pages are yours to keep and reuse, during the plan and after it.
(06)How it starts

You give it the nod. Then you pay.
We launch it and keep improving it every month under your plan.
Questions
(07)Questions
There's no fixed number. Because posts are planned a month ahead and scheduled automatically, we post as often as your business needs: usually a few times a week, and more around a launch, an event or your busy season. The price stays the same.
No: they come straight to you, as they do now. Customers asking questions want an answer from the business itself, and you'll know the answers.
Real photos of your work, your team and your premises work best, and a few from your phone each month are plenty. When there aren't any, we design graphic posts instead.
It's a rule of thumb for what to post: about 70% useful or interesting content, 20% shared from others, and 10% promoting what you sell. It's a starting point, not a law. Our plans are built around your business, but most months follow a similar balance.
Yes. A website helps, because posts can link somewhere useful, but it isn't required. Many clients start with social media and add a website later.
