Websites for training providers
Someone booking a course wants three answers before they pay: what they'll come away with, when and where it runs, and what it really costs. A training website that answers all three on every course page fills seats without the back-and-forth emails.

→The short answer
Good training provider website design gives every course its own page with dates, the full price and exactly what learners get at the end, lets people book and pay in a few taps, and gives employers a simple route to book a group. We build training websites from £99 a month, and you see yours before you pay.
(01)Calendars and booking
From finding a date to joining instructions, without a phone call.
Course calendars people can book from
Dates and venues on the course page
Every upcoming date, with the venue or "online", on the page for that course. Not a PDF timetable that's out of date by Tuesday.
Places left, when it's true
Showing real availability helps people commit. Showing "only 2 left" on every date, all year, is the kind of urgency people learn to ignore.
The full price, up front
Since 6 April 2025, UK consumer law requires the total price, including any fee everyone has to pay, from the point you invite someone to buy. Adding an unavoidable booking or certificate fee at checkout is banned outright1.
Pay by card, or by invoice
Individuals pay by card when they book. Companies often need an invoice or a purchase order, so the booking form offers both.
Joining instructions, sent for you
The confirmation email carries the venue, start time, what to bring and any pre-course work, so nobody has to ask.
A waiting list for full dates
When a date fills, people can join the list and hear first if a place opens or a new date goes up.
(02)Every course page
Tick off what yours already answers.
What every course page needs
(03)Qualifications and CPD
The words that sell courses are the ones regulators check.
Showing qualifications and CPD honestly
| What it is | How to show it | |
|---|---|---|
| A regulated qualification | A qualification listed on the Register of Regulated Qualifications, which covers England and Northern Ireland2 | Its exact title and level, the awarding organisation, and its qualification number, so learners can look it up themselves |
| A CPD-certified course | A course an independent CPD organisation has reviewed and certified. Useful for professional development, but not a qualification | "CPD certified", by whom, and the number of CPD hours or points |
| A certificate of attendance | Your own certificate saying the learner completed the course | Exactly that. It's an honest offer, and many people only need proof they attended |
Qualifications in Wales and Scotland are regulated separately, by Qualifications Wales and SQA Accreditation; we show whichever applies to you.
The Advertising Standards Authority has upheld complaints about a Facebook ad that called an aesthetics course "Fully Accredited" and said students would be "FULLY QUALIFIED"3. For aesthetics training it has told advertisers to state the entry requirements, the nature and length of the training, the qualification learners will get, and whether it meets the standard for a professional register4. That's good practice for any course.
(04)Employers and groups
Often the bigger bookings, and a different buyer.
A route for employers booking groups
A page for employers
Which courses you can run on their premises, the group sizes, and how pricing works: per delegate on open courses, per day for a private group.
An enquiry form that asks the right things
Course, number of people, location, preferred dates and anything about the group you should know. Enough to send a quote the same day.
Invoices and purchase orders
Say plainly that you invoice, and that you'll work with their purchase order process.
Records they can keep
Who attended, certificates, and when each one needs renewing. Training managers value a provider who makes their records easy.
(05)Online courses
For course creators selling direct.
Selling online courses from your own site
If you sell recorded or self-paced courses, your website does the selling and a course platform does the teaching. A marketplace finds students for you but keeps a large share of each sale; your own site keeps more, and the student list is yours. We build the website and sales pages and connect the course platform you choose.
Our online course marketing guide compares marketplaces, course platforms and your own site with worked figures, and covers the 14-day cancellation rule that catches out new course sellers.
(06)A concept site
For a fictional training provider.
What a training provider's homepage can look like
(07)Marketing in brief
Marketing for training providers, in brief
A page for each course, in each place you run it
People search for the course and the town together. One real page per course, with local dates, beats a single page listing everything.
Renewal reminders
Many certificates need renewing. An email to past learners before theirs runs out is the cheapest booking you'll ever get, where they've agreed to hear from you.
Employers, directly
A short note to local businesses about on-site training, sent to a named person, often wins more than any advert.
Ads for courses people search for
Search ads work well for courses with clear demand and dates to fill. See Google Ads management.
For being found by people searching for courses near them, see local SEO.

Questions
(09)Questions
Yes. Each course page lists its dates, and learners pick one, pay by card and get their joining instructions straight away. Employers can ask for an invoice instead.
Name exactly what learners get: the regulated qualification with its level, awarding organisation and qualification number, or the CPD certification and who gave it, or a certificate of attendance. Never use "accredited" on its own.
Yes. We build the website and sales pages, connect the course platform you choose for lessons and payments, and set up the email sign-up you'll need before launch.
