Turn searches into quotes, and quotes into a written offer
OneCompare compares car and home insurance from several South African insurers. It needed a website that turns people searching for insurance into quote requests, and a system that gets a clear, written set of quotes back to each of them.

Quote request forms
Short forms for car and home insurance, vehicle trackers and dashcams, built to be finished on a phone in a few minutes.
A back office for every role
One platform with its own screens for each person who handles a request: the lead manager, the quoting agent, the broker, admin and compliance.
Quotes as private web pages
Each client gets their quotes as a private page, sent by email and SMS at the same time. They compare the options from several insurers side by side and accept one online.
Guides written for search
Hundreds of guide and help pages, rewritten by hand to a written quality standard so each answers its own question.
A contact bar on every page
WhatsApp, phone and a quote button that stay in reach on a phone without covering the page.
